The Five Most Read Posts of 2024
Well, my friends, we are together near the end of another year. As I’ve begun looking back over the months, I’m filled with gratitude and awe at how much we’ve grown as a community. I’ve enjoyed this year hearing from readers who find inspiration not only in my words but also in the curated content delivered each week from some of the best thought leaders on the planet. It’s an ongoing reminder for me that this space is at its best when we’re all learning so we can make the world a better place. And so, before we turn the page and welcome 2025, I wanted to celebrate the highlights, the entries that resonated most, and the moments we kept returning to.
Here are the top 5 most read posts of 2024:
1️⃣ #41 | 3.15.24 - 1 Year Ago Today
By far, the most-read post all year goes to a post I didn’t write! This was a post my wife, Leslie, wrote. This is a fantastic post detailing a major milestone she accomplished. I continue to be so thankful for her strength and the person she is today 🙏
As always, THANK YOU to each one of you for taking the time to read this content. I sincerely hope this newsletter has made you better, whatever that means to you. As I’ve written before, leadership is the most challenging and most rewarding thing we get to do. Thank you for allowing me to come alongside you in your journey. I hope you can find some time for rest, relaxation, and reflection in the coming days.
See you in 2025!
- Tyler
PS - I was initially going to end here, but there’s one resource I just had to include here at the end of the year:
Coldplay & Dick Van Dyke - All My Love
We wrapped up our production of A Christmas Carol this past week. During the run, a good friend sent me this video with a very kind note, “In case you need some more inspiration, Bob (I played Bob Cratchit) thinking of you, my friend!”.
This just might be one of my favorite videos all year 🙂 ❤️
Words to wrap up:
“Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not.”
- Dr Seuss
