🌐 ChatGPT
Chat GPT is taking the world by storm. If you haven’t heard of it yet, ChatGPT is an AI model (trained by Open AI) that is like a robot writer that can understand and respond to your questions and prompts. Think of it like a personal assistant who can help you write emails, compose social media posts or even write a news article. It has read millions of texts so it can understand and respond to your questions, prompt or commands in a way that sounds like it was written by a human. It's like having a team of writers working for you 24/7, but without the coffee breaks. (Oh, by the way, it generated that paragraph) 😂
I’ve been quite amazed playing around with this. I’ve used it to generate sample interview questions, as well as create a 7-day itinerary for a vacation.
Here’s a page with a ton of prompts you can begin to play around with, as well as a helpful twitter post with some other prompt ideas. Also, this Twitter post has some creative ideas on how to formulate good questions.
Now, there are some limitations to ChatGPT and things that it doesn’t do well. OpenAI’s CEO Sam Altman says, “you shouldn’t use ChatGPT for important things.” Also, there is evidence from users that shows it still has a way to go:
When ChatGPT described the evidence for dinosaur civilizations
When ChatGPT explained why you should put crushed porcelain in breastmilk.
When ChatGPT was asked by journalist to finish an article and supplied made up quotations.
💪🏻 MuscleWiki
MuscleWiki is a website/app service that lets you click on muscle groups on a human body to discover exercises and stretches. The website is powered by gifs and shows corresponding exercises or stretches via gifs for demonstration. A wealth of info here, especially if you like to put together your own workouts.
✉️ USPS Informed Delivery
Think of this like Caller ID for your mail. Once you sign up (and verify your physical address), you will get an email with a scan of your mail for the day. The only drawback that I’ve seen is now we’ll wait a few days before actually retrieving our mail! 😂

💭 Life Lessons from 1,000 Years
A fantastic article from a group of 90-year old folks answering the question, “If you could speak your 32-year-old self, what advice would you give?"
The answers range from comical to deeply insightful. This one had me thinking. Still does.
Words to wrap up:
