The Post-Pandemic Customer
This is a fascinating article from Gallup that explores how post-pandemic customer behaviors have shifted and what this means for your employees. The article speaks specifically to customers now demanding better quality experiences and how this is increasing the pressure on your team.
WiFiMap.io
This is a great site for finding free Wi-Fi hotspots on the road. The site also offers an app that provides information about hotspot passwords and how to access them. The site reassures users that this is perfectly legal since it’s not hacking, and other users give all the passwords.
30 years of business knowledge in 2 hours
This is a long one, but oh man is it worth it. This is one of the most value-packed videos I've seen on YouTube. This could easily be its own University course.
The creator, Simon Squibb, has built 19 companies and invested in 78 startups. This video covers everything he knows about business in less than 3 hours. A few of the topics covered:
How to start a business with no money
How to win in business
How to lose in business (avoid this)
How to find your purpose
How to build a brand

If you’re on X, I highly recommend following Head Coach Buzz Williams. He’s always got great content regarding leadership and team development. Additionally, he’s quite the reader and posts recommendations every quarter.
Words to wrap up
"Once you understand the power of your words, you won't just say anything.
Once you understand the power of your thoughts, you won't just think anything.
Once you understand the power of your presence, you won't just be anywhere.
Know your worth."
