Pete Carroll advice
It was announced this week that Pete Carroll's 14-year run as the Seattle Seahawks coach has come to an end, culminating in an end to the most successful chapter in franchise history. Carroll helped the franchise win its only Super Bowl in the 2013 season. He compiled a 137-89-1 record in the regular season and led the organization to the playoffs 10 times. Carroll will move on to an advisory role within the organization.
Why is this important for you and I?
During one of his last interviews, Carroll was asked if he had any wisdom for the next coach. Carroll's parting words serve as a guiding light for all who continue to embark on their journeys of self-discovery, whether in sports, business, leadership or life itself.
